Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Technical Support Specialist, Building Automation and Fire/Life Safety Project Manager, or Client Service Management and Technical Project Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Technical Support Specialist:
    • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our customers' building automation and fire/life safety systems.
    • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in these systems, and provide training to customers on their use and maintenance.
    • Work with internal engineering and management teams to resolve discrepancies in system drawings and address problems that arise.
  • Building Automation and Fire/Life Safety Project Manager:
    • Coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous building automation and fire/life safety projects of various complexities in commercial buildings.
    • Manage fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Review project contracts, specs, and drawings to establish intent, and develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Client Service Management and Technical Project Coordinator:
    • Manage a portfolio of service agreements and ensure the on-time delivery of scheduled services.
    • Work directly with project customers to identify their needs and make prioritized technical recommendations for site improvements.
    • Effectively coordinate with internal Siemens resources to define complete service agreement maintenance plans, master schedule of services, and continued updated of customers installed base information.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Military experience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity or experience with engineering HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Alarm, or Security systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
