About the Role

Five Star Painting is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of painting projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects, including soliciting subcontractors and managing crews.
  • Coordinate with other trades, such as pressure washing, carpentry, and stucco repair, as needed.
  • Lead meetings and maintain accurate records and document control.
  • Manage estimates, job costing, and weekly owner payroll reports.
  • Guide projects to completion and ensure proper close-out.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to client sites.
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of business software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
Benefits
