Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent business experience is advantageous.
  • Over 8 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong technical or engineering background being a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, specifically in solutions development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with smart charging technologies, demand response systems, and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) concepts.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in engaging with clients and partners to gather market insights and translate them into technical specifications for engineering teams.
