Position: Logistics Project Coordinator

Location: ON-SITE Fremont CA 94555

Estimated Duration: This project is anticipated to last up to 12 months, though employment duration is not guaranteed.

Compensation Range: $65-$70 per hour

Project Overview:
The Enterprise Supply Chain division at Meta is a global entity dedicated to meeting all internal IT requirements for end users. Our mission is to develop integrated, scalable, and efficient processes and systems for managing the planning and inventory lifecycle. We are in search of a Project Coordinator to assist with various initiatives within the Global Logistics Asset Management sector. The Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Enterprise Engineering office standards are consistently updated, necessitating strong teamwork skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent follow-through. The Coordinator will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and finalizing all tasks related to modifications and will work alongside the operations team to guarantee visibility across all departments. In addition to supporting standards, the Coordinator will oversee the Desk Sharing Program at Meta on behalf of Enterprise Engineering, managing daily operations and pinpointing opportunities for future efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can adapt swiftly and gain credibility at all organizational levels. Exceptional communication and planning abilities are essential. This role requires a proactive team player who thrives in uncertain environments and can lead without formal authority.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precision within the EE Operations Technology Standards
- Drive the end-to-end completion of all modifications to standards, ensuring global alignment
- Maintain a detailed change log for all updates to standards
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of all EE standards documentation
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks related to requested changes
- Facilitate communication between teams to devise solutions for requested changes
- Support the development of cross-functional programs; create documentation and operationalize
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and the technology deployment team for the desk sharing program
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timelines are met, risks are managed, and team members are supported for the desk sharing program
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, team updates, and weekly tasks

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management
- 2+ years of experience with change management/version control
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking to achieve objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a time-sensitive environment
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable, capable of working independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proficient communication and reporting skills
