About the RoleThe Channel Account Executive role at Rippling presents an exceptional opportunity for sales professionals to thrive in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our channel team, you will be responsible for building relationships with insurance brokers, creating pipeline opportunities through referrals, and managing sales forecasts in Salesforce.
As an early member of our channel team, you will have the chance to shape the future of our program and make a significant impact on the company's growth. Additionally, you will engage with partners in various events and activities, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Create and nurture relationships with insurance brokers
- Develop pipeline opportunities through broker referrals
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting
- Cultivate business relationships and close deals consistently
- Become an expert in Rippling's platform and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with the CSM team to ensure seamless customer transitions
- At least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B solutions
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales organization)
- Experience carrying $1M+ annual quota
- Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
