About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the employer group benefits market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and employers
  • Sell our product suite to customers in the 50-5,000 employee range through broker partners
  • Accountable for prospect from presale through implementation
