About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Support Representative to join our team at Bedrosians. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through various marketing channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Enter orders, follow up on back-orders, invoice orders, and process pick-ups efficiently
  • Develop a basic understanding of design and color to provide expert advice to customers
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and perseverance
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
