Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Operations Manager in call centers or collection agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in business operations management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
