  • Implement recruitment and retention strategies for perioperative services.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree and active Texas State RN License.
  • CNOR, CAPA, or CPAN Certification.
  • 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in a similar-sized setting.
  • Proven ability to bring teams together, enhancing employee engagement and fostering an overall positive work environment.
