Role Overview:

The Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist collaborates closely with clients and Account Managers to deliver accurate quotes for commercial equipment replacements, RNC quotes, and manage bid and specification projects. This role also involves order processing and tracking, contributing to the growth of the York brand across our service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and precise quotes with competitive pricing, distinguishing ourselves from competitors
  • Receive comprehensive training and support to effectively meet customer needs
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of sales or customer service experience, including quoting and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Mechanical aptitude and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong communication skills, particularly via phone and email
  • Positive demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Commercial HVAC background with 4+ years of experience in the field or sales, or a combination of both
