Your Role:
This position is pivotal in overseeing customer orders from the moment they are received until the products are dispatched.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers daily through various communication channels.
  • Input customer orders into the order management system promptly upon receipt.
  • Advocate for and assist in sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team and other field personnel to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with essential departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, technical support, and warranty as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing assistance in identifying and locating replacement components.
  • Ensure timely responses regarding scheduled dates and backorder statuses.
  • Process credit and return requests efficiently.
  • Maintain customer orders daily to guarantee prompt delivery based on demand.
  • Other related duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in customer service and handling high-volume calls.
  • Proficient in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
