Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installation Technician Apprentice to join our team at O'Donnell Metal Fabricators, Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing custom ventilation systems and stainless steel applications in high-end restaurants, resorts, and commercial kitchens in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install rooftop units and modify ductwork to meet industry standards
  • Represent the company to external stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service
  • Design, stage, and execute installation projects
  • Maintain installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects

Physical Demands:

The successful candidate will be required to perform strenuous work, including repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, and reaching overhead, as well as standing for long periods of time and lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects weighing up to 60 pounds.

Working Conditions:

The candidate must be comfortable working in outdoor and unfinished/unconditioned spaces, regardless of weather and temperature conditions. They must also be comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifts, and roofs, as well as in confined spaces.
