Your Role:
This position entails overseeing customer orders from the moment they are received until the products are shipped.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers daily through various communication channels.
- Input customer orders into the order management system promptly.
- Promote and assist with sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team and other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with essential departments such as credit, billing, shipping, and technical support as required.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues, assisting in identifying replacement parts.
- Provide timely updates regarding order status and backorders.
- Handle credit and return requests efficiently.
- Maintain customer orders daily to guarantee on-time delivery based on demand.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Background in customer service with high call volumes.
- Proficient in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
