Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Technician IV to perform a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and repairing faults in commercial HVAC equipment, performing preventative maintenance checks and services, and representing the company to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and Repair Faults: Diagnose and repair faults in a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the company to external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Adhere to Regulations: Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC equipment and services.
  • Maintain Daily Schedule: Maintain a daily maintenance schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer expectations.

Physical Demands

The HVAC Technician IV will be required to perform strenuous work, including repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, and reaching overhead, standing for long periods of time, and lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects weighing up to 60 pounds.

Working Conditions

The HVAC Technician IV will be required to work in outdoor and unfinished/unconditioned spaces without regard to weather and temperature, and be comfortable working at height on ladders, lifts, and roofs, as well as in confined spaces.
