National Fire & Sa is currently seeking a dedicated Service Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team in a vibrant work environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in comparable service-oriented positions
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce and Sage 300 is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy setting.
The individual will oversee the daily operations of the service department, including report verification, initiating service calls with clients, and direct engagement with the Service Manager.
You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and National Fire & Sa, responsible for addressing service department inquiries and either resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Dependability and punctuality are essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven with a positive outlook
Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Prior experience in managing multiple projects, establishing personal deadlines, and achieving objectives
Ability to perform efficiently and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
