National Fire & Sa is currently seeking a dedicated Service Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team in a vibrant work environment.

This role will involve close collaboration with the Service Manager, where you will take charge of generating reports, ensuring customer follow-ups for service requests, and providing assistance with scheduling as necessary.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in comparable service-oriented positions
Outstanding organizational capabilities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce and Sage 300 is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy setting.

The individual will oversee the daily operations of the service department, including report verification, initiating service calls with clients, and direct engagement with the Service Manager.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and National Fire & Sa, responsible for addressing service department inquiries and either resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
