Position: Chief Architect for Salesforce Solutions

Location: Remote

  • Oversee the strategic technical direction and execution of Salesforce implementations.
  • This position is crucial in promoting the use of Salesforce technologies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and enhancing the value derived from our Salesforce investments for clients in the financial sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Possess an expert-level comprehension of the Salesforce product ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and its configuration.
  • Convert business needs into well-structured solutions that optimally utilize the Salesforce platform.
  • Facilitate technical design discussions, architect, and document solutions that align with client objectives while identifying discrepancies between current and desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the technical execution of custom development, integrations, and data migration within Salesforce implementations.
  • Technical Strategy Formulation: Create and implement a robust technical strategy for the Salesforce platform, covering architecture, design, development, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Architectural Design: Develop scalable and adaptable Salesforce solutions that fulfill business requirements, ensure security, and comply with best practices for platform efficiency.
  • Platform Enhancement: Continuously refine the Salesforce platform to boost performance, usability, and overall user experience.
  • Innovation Leadership: Keep up with emerging Salesforce technologies and industry developments to pinpoint opportunities for innovation and competitive edge.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and guide the Salesforce technical team, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and ongoing learning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and uphold governance policies, standards, and procedures to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in Salesforce platform development, implementation, and administration.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
