h3Job Description/h3pWe are seeking an experienced Construction Development Project Manager to assist in the management of the design, development, and construction management for specific clients. The role includes economic management, budget creation, verification of land, utilities, governmental fees, permitting, coordination of consultants, including Architects, Engineers, and others. Additional roles will include business growth, business management, business accounting, correspondence, marketing, and sales./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCandidates with prior history working in a General Contractor environment are a must./liliMinimum of 6 years of direct Commercial Development experience managing Commercial projects./liliExperience with the zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes./liliAbility to read and understand blueprints to accurately discuss project details./liliStrong client-centric service focus with attention to detail./liliStrong people skills to allow interaction with all city and state officials./liliAccountability driven to manage project budget and schedule./liliStrategically coordinate, schedule, and travel to optimize client meetings./liliAbility to strategize at a top level with managers/owners to create development strategies based on Client timeline and project parameters./liliAnalyze client needs to professionally prepare, submit, and present accurate and timely formal updates./liliMaintain confidentiality of all information and data./liliHigh-energy individual, driven to represent Bergman KPRS and create results./liliRelentless communication as needed with local governing agencies to drive and surpass client expectations./liliConduct all business with the highest ethical and professional standards./liliStable job history./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliStrengths would include: AutoCAD, Revit, ProCore, Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Project Scheduling and Power Point./liliHelpful to possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Services./lili6+ years "verifiable" experience in both Commercial Construction & Site Development in the United States./liliAbility to interpret documents such as landlord rules & regulations, land use/zoning guidelines, and other local governing information as necessary./liliCommunicate using the following tools: telephone, written logs, email, computer, iPhone devices, and digital camera. with significant experience delivering presentations to both technical and business decision makers./liliOral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;/liliWritten Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar;/liliPossess strong virtual teaming abilities, exceptional leadership skills, and have a strong commitment to customer service./liliSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills./liliHighly motivated and ability to be flexible in a team environment./liliYOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A DEVELOPMENT PROJECT(S) LIST./li/ulh3Benefits and Perks/h3ulliMedical including Vision & Dental/lili401K Plan/liliPaid Time Off/liliSick Pay (Accrual System)/liliObservation of Major Holidays/li/ul
