Overview

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a supportive and employee-centric environment. This position is responsible for executing daily HR functions and providing a comprehensive range of support services to ensure the effective application of HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations matters with effective communication and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with HR team members to propose innovative approaches and enhancements to existing policies and procedures.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the preparation and updating of job descriptions, and facilitate the recruitment process by managing job postings and applicant inquiries. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.

Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits processes, including enrollment and eligibility verification. Support the annual open enrollment periods and manage the reconciliation of benefit invoices.

Data Management: Ensure accurate processing of HR and payroll actions, maintaining data integrity within HR systems. Generate reports and metrics as needed.

Human Resources Administration: Maintain sensitive employee information and assist with various HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and training programs.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess an Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in HR. Proficiency in technology and a solid understanding of employment law are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively are required.

This role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills, capable of working independently while contributing to team objectives.
