Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Corporate Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our headquarters and US remote employees, managing the full employee life cycle, and driving business results through talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR business partner for our headquarters and US remote employees, managing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the hiring manager and talent acquisition team to support all activities of the recruiting process, including intake meetings, candidate interviews, and pre-screening and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Compensation: Administer Franklin Electric's compensation programs, working closely with management and the payroll team to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Organizational Design: Support the development and execution of organizational design initiatives, working with business partners to drive change management and business outcomes.
  • Learning and Development: Support company training programs, administer talent and performance management activities for supported groups, and drive employee development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, leadership development, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a corporate headquarters environment.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification is preferred.
  • Understanding of federal and state employment laws, investigation skills, and HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, worker's compensation, immigration, payroll, HIPAA, and safety.
