About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Red Envelope Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices to optimize performance, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Human Resources: Lead and manage the hiring process, ensuring that hiring and onboarding best practices are being followed. Collect and organize new hire documents, manage and coordinate onboarding items, and distribute health insurance and other benefits.
  • Facility and Asset Management: Manage building issues, building projects, and tenants at our main office. Oversee IT support and solve any related issues, lead in managing office vendor relationships, and ensure health and safety regulation standards are being met.
  • Volunteer Ministry Leader Process: Lead and manage the application process for all potential volunteer ministry leaders, ensuring that best practices are being followed. Keep ministry leader information up to date and assist the grant writer with ministry leader information needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Keep the master calendar updated, assist in coordinating meetings, complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for YFC/USA, and oversee ministry tracking and metrics.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills, and proficiency in Google Suite.
