About the Business Unit:

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management throughout the complete employment lifecycle and HR administrative functions.
  • Facilitate weekly discussions with management from respective business units.
  • Provide HR and performance management advice to line managers, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist managers in identifying the developmental needs of their teams.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR management activities.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to fulfill hiring and onboarding requirements.
  • Oversee daily administration of employee benefits and retirement plans.
  • Lead and monitor the goal-setting and quarterly performance review processes.
  • Update and interpret company policies and procedures for the team.
  • Work closely with the CHRO to implement organization-wide employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the CHRO to create solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Monitor annual HR compliance training and participate in ISO certification verifications.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or an MBA is preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred or in progress.
  • Strong knowledge of EEO/AA and employment law.
  • Experience with UKG HRIS or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with various HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Outlook.
