About the Business Unit:
M3 Global Research, a division of M3 Inc., offers unparalleled market research recruitment and support services, with connections to respondents in over 70 countries. We maintain ISO 20252 and 27001 certifications, ensuring the highest standards in data collection and project management across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Support management throughout the complete employment lifecycle and HR administrative functions.
- Facilitate weekly discussions with management from respective business units.
- Provide HR and performance management advice to line managers, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
- Assist managers in identifying the developmental needs of their teams.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with all HR management activities.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to fulfill hiring and onboarding requirements.
- Oversee daily administration of employee benefits and retirement plans.
- Lead and monitor the goal-setting and quarterly performance review processes.
- Update and interpret company policies and procedures for the team.
- Work closely with the CHRO to implement organization-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the CHRO to create solutions, programs, and policies.
- Monitor annual HR compliance training and participate in ISO certification verifications.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- At least 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Sociology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or an MBA is preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred or in progress.
- Strong knowledge of EEO/AA and employment law.
- Experience with UKG HRIS or similar systems.
- Familiarity with various HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Outlook.
