Home Care Business Development Representative

We serve a diverse range of clients, including seniors, individuals with mental or physical challenges, those recovering from surgery or hospitalization, and anyone requiring short- or long-term care.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our company by increasing referral sources and acquiring new clients.
Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Relationships
Establish and nurture professional relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, medical groups, skilled nursing facilities, home health care agencies, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and local businesses.
Generate ReferralsHelp physicians and referral sources understand the benefits of quality patient care at home, and build a constant pipeline of referrals.
Research and Develop Client RelationshipsResearch and develop client relationships, and produce referrals through all phases of the sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs, recommendation of appropriate BEHC services, and additional community resources.
Create Marketing PlansCollaborate with owners to create marketing plans, both quantitative and qualitative, and execute plans to track results with metrics.
Develop and Maintain Accurate RecordsDevelop and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and related follow-up activities.
Develop Strategic PlansDevelop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts and market share, including forecasting needs, setting priorities, and executing business strategy, setting and achieving sales revenue goals, meeting with and presenting the benefits of care at home to referral sources, growing market share by obtaining referrals and increased use of BEHC services, communicating effectively with all members of the healthcare delivery team, and presenting BEHC marketing materials and services to referral providers.
