About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • College degree preferred
