Job Summary

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing departmental financial performance. You will assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis, focusing on maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise and manage front desk staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott's policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience.
Benefits

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $53,000 to $67,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
