Job SummaryThe Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic arithmetic functions.
The Front Desk Associate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests and team members. The role requires the ability to work in a self-managed environment, with minimal supervision.
