Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel amenities and services.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, including cash handling and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
