Job Summary

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott International Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office areas, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure quality, standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
  • Ensure regular on-going communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
What We Offer

Marriott International Inc offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $63,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus program, health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and more.
