Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and work with managers and employees to ensure seamless front office operations
  • Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain front office areas, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
