Front Desk Manager

White Lodging is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office department and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Front Office team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement proactive hiring plans, including conducting hourly interviews.
  • Provide hands-on support with financials, payroll, scheduling, and other tasks as needed.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to develop and coach team members, creating an environment for growth and success.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to execute against strategy and deliver results.
