Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at White Lodging. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting the hotel's high standards.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling guest complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all front desk staff are aware of and adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, including the lobby, reception area, and guest rooms.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct daily meetings with front desk staff to review the previous day's performance, discuss any issues or concerns, and set goals for the day.
  • Ensure that all front desk staff are aware of and adhere to the hotel's safety and security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
