Role Overview: Bussers play a crucial role in assisting the service team to ensure that guest expectations are not only met but exceeded. This position may also involve supporting Barista tasks as needed. Success in this role requires teamwork, organization, and situational awareness.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, transporting used dishes to the appropriate area
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Efficiently manage service for a section of at least eight tables
  • Safely move furniture and equipment as required
  • Utilize necessary tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Communicate effectively to fulfill job responsibilities as directed
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Work comfortably in confined and crowded spaces with varying noise and temperature levels
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Stand and walk for the duration of the shift while navigating the restaurant safely

Key Duties:
