Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outgoing communications via phone, email, and text to clients.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks using SalesForce.
  • Manage payment processing efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize client files accurately.
  • Handle document management including photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail functions.
  • Input data into SalesForce and Excel spreadsheets.

Additional Duties

  • Answer and route phone calls appropriately.
  • Support revenue generation through effective communication.
  • Schedule and organize appointments.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence, including memos and letters.
  • Assist in planning and executing scheduled events.
  • Update and uphold office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive contact lists.
  • Provide general assistance to visitors and clients.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with senior administrative staff to address requests from management.

Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time)

Compensation: $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus Incentives

Schedule Options:

  • 4-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability as required

Work Environment: In-person
