Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and nurture existing residential accounts by comprehending their changing needs and expectations.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through warm leads, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Market landscape and lawn care services to both current and potential clients.
  • Develop and present customized proposals that align with client requirements and budget limitations.
  • Ensure precise estimate measurements and thorough analysis.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to monitor progress, respond to client feedback, and suggest improvements or additional services.
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of field experience in landscape or lawn maintenance services.
  • Preferred two years in sales or project management within the landscape or lawn service sector.
  • Familiarity with landscaping principles, materials, and techniques is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology effectively.
  • Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-centric approach is vital.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
