Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at Kelvin Group. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, establishing key performance indicators, and mentoring a sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure sales performance
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
  • 3+ years of management experience with a focus on sales leadership
  • Construction industry experience is required, with direct industry experience preferred
