Job Title: Regional Sales Director

At TierPoint, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and development, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve sales performance and achieve individual goals.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in cloud, managed services, colocation, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
