Regional Sales Director

We are a growing company, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and centers of influence.
  • Develop and present sales strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and report on sales progress.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience selling outsourced professional services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
