Drive Market Share Growth and Guest Satisfaction
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales to join our team at Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Revenue Management to ensure alignment and open communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CUSA Regional Sales Leadership and Revenue Management
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) with 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
- Strong understanding of hotel sales and comp sets
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
