At Hampton Inn Wilmington, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase hotel facilities and services
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sales software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
