The Brunswick Job Corps Center offers students the chance to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) while receiving practical training in diverse fields such as Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OA/CTS Student Enrollment Advisor to join our team at Brunswick Job Corps. If you are motivated to inspire young individuals and assist them in achieving their educational and career aspirations, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to Students: Connect with prospective students through various platforms to share information about our offerings.
  • Guidance on Admissions: Support potential students in understanding the admissions process and provide comprehensive details on available programs.
  • Personalized Counseling: Conduct tailored counseling sessions to identify the specific needs and objectives of each student.
  • Processing Applications: Oversee the admissions application process with efficiency.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with various departments to facilitate a seamless transition for accepted students.
  • Building Community Partnerships: Develop and sustain positive relationships with local organizations for student recruitment.
  • Management of Data: Ensure accurate documentation of prospective and enrolled students.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of an Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a related discipline is required, along with two years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience in effective enrollment programs is advantageous. A valid in-State Driver's License is necessary and must meet company standards.
