Director of International Enrollment and Partnerships

Manhattan College seeks a seasoned professional to serve as the Director of International Enrollment and Partnerships. This key leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive international recruitment strategy to meet the institution's enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Enrollment Management: Create and implement a robust international recruitment plan to increase enrollment of international students, leveraging internal and external data sources and Manhattan College's programmatic strengths.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with international student advisors at high schools and community colleges, as well as identify, develop, and manage partnerships with international higher education institutions and organizations to increase brand awareness and enrollment.
- Agency Management: Vet and develop relationships with agencies in selected regions, manage agency contracts and fees, and leverage the University's academic community and campus partners to further increase brand awareness and new international student enrollment.
- Compliance and Support: Provide guidance on immigration, SEVIS requirements, rules and regulations, English proficiency standards, international transcript evaluation, international student mobility, and programmatic trends, and serve as one of the institution's Designated School Officials.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including lead generation vendors, memberships, and budget.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in the daily operations of the admissions office, application review, and recruitment and yield events, and establish and monitor departmental goals, objectives, and ad hoc projects.
- 8-10 years of experience in international recruitment/enrollment, international student services, international academic program development/oversight, international partnerships, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Knowledge of SEVIS and previous work as a Designated School Official required; knowledge of Banner and Slate helpful.
- This position may require staff supervision.
Manhattan College offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
