Bilingual Procurement Administrator

Position Summary:
FHIA Remodeling is seeking a Bilingual Procurement Administrator to enhance our operations. We are in search of a proactive and meticulous professional to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and verify all orders from various offices across the state, ensuring accuracy for each project.
- Address any issues or concerns with measurements in collaboration with Homeowners, Measure Technicians, Sales Representatives, and Permitting.
- Manage procurement requests from all company locations, liaising with vendors.
- Input all procurement data into the company’s system (LeadPerfection), keeping relevant staff updated on ETAs and any issues.
- Evaluate, manage, and mitigate potential risks.
- Assess the quality and timing of deliveries.
- Uphold cost standards for materials and labor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively multitask and collaborate with team members.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
