Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general correspondence for the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate change orders with subcontractors and clients.
  • Prepare bid packages for subcontractors, clients, and architects.
  • Compile, log, and submit all closeout documentation.
  • Assist the Project Manager with scheduling and appointments.
  • Maintain and update daily job logs, construction progress images, submittals, meeting notes, and contact information for projects.
  • Engage with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and architects through various communication channels.
  • Oversee the electronic filing of project materials.
  • Possess a solid understanding of construction processes related to submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, COIs, subcontractor relations, scheduling, and procurement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage details effectively and multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • Being bilingual is an advantage.
