Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to optimize our procurement processes.
  • Provide analytical support and data maintenance for engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Update and maintain cost tracking lists, communicating key information to relevant team members.
  • Conduct purchase order audits, verifying details and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Assist in updating purchasing master lists and compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate sample parts with manufacturing and engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Support the engineering change process and engineering-to-order initiatives, providing critical procurement expertise.
  • Collaborate with the materials group on existing projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, or recent graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain and Operations, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, with advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Strong competencies in communication, collaboration, and active listening.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, staying organized and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
