Part-Time Reception Coordinator
ROLE SUMMARY:
- The Reception Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing the check-in and check-out process for pets, maintaining client records, and performing various administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Interaction
- Manage incoming inquiries, directing clients and providing information as needed.
- Facilitate the check-in/check-out process for pets, ensuring that all requests and pertinent information are accurately communicated.
- Educate clients about our services and operational procedures.
Pet Management & Protocols
- Safely and effectively handle pets, assisting in their movement between play areas and supporting team leaders.
- Prepare accommodations for overnight stays and allocate lodging for pets.
Administrative Duties
- Handle training agreements and schedule appointments for pets.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house areas, assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed.
- Update vaccination records and ensure client files are current.
- Coordinate pet services using multiple software platforms.
- Respond to administrative inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
Sales Responsibilities
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients and promote membership packages.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Experience with animals is advantageous.
- Dependable attendance is required.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach are essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary.
- Able to make quick decisions and troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
