Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Assistant, your duties will include:
- Assisting with the reception, inspection, handling, and organization of incoming products;
- Processing returns by counting and verifying quantities, assessing conditions, and completing necessary documentation;
- Coordinating shipment pickups by liaising with delivery drivers and managing schedules;
- Facilitating effective communication across various departments;
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues, and reporting service concerns to supervisors;
- Promoting safe working practices among colleagues;
- Conducting daily cycle counts and monitoring discrepancies;
- Providing weekly updates on reports;
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification;
- A year of relevant experience is preferred, but we are open to training candidates without prior experience;
- Moderate computer proficiency to assist with data collection and reporting;
- A strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow directions, and effective communication skills.
