Job SummaryAs a key member of the C & P Remodeling team, the Office Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This part-time position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain organized filing systems for seamless document retrieval
  • Request and prepare construction draws, as well as obtain necessary certificates of insurance
  • Record and process accounts payable for each job
  • Prepare payouts and ensure timely financial transactions
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including answering phones and managing office supplies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks
Work ScheduleThe expected work hours for this position are 18-25 hours per week.
