Job Summary

Industrial Trade Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including answering calls, directing visitors, and performing general clerical duties.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries and prepare documents, including correspondence, reports, and emails.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the project team.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Associate or higher degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of construction accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
