Job Title: Hybrid Administrative Workflow Coordinator

Williams Lea is seeking a skilled Hybrid Administrative Workflow Coordinator to join our team in Wheeling, WV. This role will work Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing logs and tracking software, assessing job requests, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize logs and tracking software to manage administrative work
  • Assess job requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external stakeholders
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, content management, and records research
  • Communicate with team members, lead, and clients on job or deadline concerns
  • Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery
  • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year administrative support experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment
  • Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong keyboarding and typing skills
  • Familiar with other software programs for providing administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment
