- Inspect raw and cooked food items to guarantee the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and owner to align kitchen operations with the establishment's goals.
- Conduct monthly inventory management.
- Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships.
- Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff.
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and schedule necessary repairs.
- Preferred associate degree in culinary arts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management.
- Extensive experience as a chef, with additional roles as a sous chef or line cook.
- Strong attention to detail and creative culinary skills.
- Effective leadership in managing kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for budgeting all kitchen items.
- ServeSafe certification required within 3 months of employment.
