Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated junior civil engineer to contribute to the planning, design, and production of civil engineering plans across a diverse range of projects. These projects may encompass site civil design, grading, dredging, drainage, and utility design (including sewer, water, and storm drain systems).
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from any of our designated offices.

Team Composition:
Our professional team comprises engineers, planners, and scientists dedicated to serving a global clientele from our offices across Europe, North America, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of construction projects by reviewing project concepts, architectural drawings, and models.
- Support the preparation of engineering designs by gathering and analyzing reports, maps, drawings, aerial photographs, and soil tests, along with other relevant topographical and geological data.
- Conduct feasibility studies by evaluating engineering designs, performing environmental impact assessments, and compiling data.
- Develop design documents and reports for civil site development, including site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, utilities, and other infrastructure systems.
- Execute calculations, prepare cost estimates, create drawings, technical specifications, and compose reports.
- Aid in the generation of engineering documents by formulating construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
- Conduct limited field observations to support construction efforts and data collection.
- Potentially assist in mentoring junior staff and guiding design teams.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Engineer in Training certification is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in civil engineering is ideal, with a focus on site layout, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, and related infrastructure systems.
- Relevant internship experience is essential for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D is required, while experience with MicroStation and stormwater modeling software such as WaterCAD or SWMM is advantageous.
